Catherine Ardrey grew up on the Isle of Palms. A graduate of Wando High School, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education (Oboe) from Furman University and a Master’s Degree in Church Music and Vocal Pedagogy from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Cathy directs the James Island Presbyterian Church Orchestra, teaches four-year-old kindergarten, and gives voice and piano lessons.

ACCOMPANIST : Linda Moyer

Linda developed her love of piano and honed her skills as an accompanist in Pennsylvania where she accompanied choirs while still attending junior high school. Since moving to the Lowcountry, Linda has held positions as choir director, organist, and accompanist for a variety of local churches.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS :

Seaside Singers is led by volunteers from the choir.  The current Board of Directors consists of Barbara Brown, Carol Hallman, Betsy Heinmiller, Jan Kerrigan, and Penny Portman.
